  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases: You received a product different from what was ordered. The product is proven to be defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations :

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

A cancellation fee of  Rs. 500/- may apply for prepaid orders to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
